  • Date of your event.
  • The name of the venue.
  • Do you have a budget to work to, or have you had other quotes.
  • Number of guests.
  • Parking restrictions (can we easily access the venue before the event), access issues and other factors we should know about. (this is important as some of our equipment cannot be carried upstairs). Failure to let us know about access issues could result in delays setting up and in certain cases even cancellation of your booking.
  • Can you please also include your mobile number. We will text you confirmation that we have emailed you a personalised quote. This enables you to check your junk folder, as sometimes our emails can be filtered out by your server.

All our quotes are inclusive of travel, set-up and breakdowns and staffing costs. 

There are no hidden extras. 

We have Public Liability Insured, our equipment is PAT tested and we have a Five Star Rating by the Food Hygiene Standards Agency, and work with local Trading Standards.

You may get cheaper quotes but check they are insured and comply with all the above. The safety of your guests is always our No.1 priority.

  • Choosing an event company takes research and time. After all, your guests are important to you and so your decision has to be right. 
  • The more information you give us, the more accurate your quote will be. Certain dates and venues will have different charges. This can be due to mileage and high demand for those dates. 
  • Packages will always include discounts. So if you hire more items, then more discounts will be added.
  • We reply to all emails on the day received. If you have not had a reply, please check you "junk" folder. Please note emails to iCloud accounts are rejected immediately, so we will email these accounts from a gmail account.
  • As all emails are replied to within 24 hours, should you not hear from us, please call us to ensure we have received your enquiry.
  • For more complicated events, we can always meet with you to discuss your requirements at the venue. There may be a small charge for this but this will be deducted from your quote should you wish to go ahead with the booking.
  • Any questions? call us for an informal chat about your booking or email us for more information.
  • As a courtesy to you the customer, we do not call back after 7.00pm, unless that is what you ask us to do. 
  • When we call you, we will always leave a voicemail with our information.
  • Your personal information is never shared with any other parties. If you do ask us for a quote, will will follow up your enquiry but appreciate you will not be added to any mailing lists.

Why we don't have our prices on our website.

  • You may wonder why we don't advertise our prices on our web site. That's because every quote is unique. As unique as your wedding, birthday, anniversary, fun raising or corporate event is to you.
  • Prices are dependant on your date and venue. Why is that? Fridays and Saturdays are our busiest days of the week and some months are our busier months too.
  • Likewise, you may be having an event midweek, require less hours and be very local to us. We will price this differently.
  • Every quote to be unique to you and what you need. Every quote we offer is personalised and based on your requirements. We may give you options that you may want to consider too. After all, we have experience in weddings, fun raising and event planning.
  • All our quotes are valid for 2 days. After that, we cannot hold your date or guarantee that the price will be the same.
  • When you email us, try to give us as much information as possible to ensure your quote is accurate, i.e. Date, Venue, Timings, Basic needs and extras required.
  • All our quotes include delivery and set-up at no extra cost. They are based on the venue being on the ground floor with easy access. Easy access does not include stairs and the use of a lift / elevator. Usually town and city centre venues have limited parking for our delivery vehicles and for our staff. Therefore, these will have an additional charge to allow for this.
  • If you don't tell us about set-up related issues, then your event could be delayed or even cancelled. This maybe due to health and safety as our equipment is heavy and we need the right staff and equipment for access. Be honest, to ensure issues are not created at your event.
