Firstly, Happy New Year.
You maybe reading this as you are newly engaged, if so, “congratulations”. One is seven couples get engaged over the Christmas Holidays.
We love what we do and are so lucky to have shared so many days with couples. Over the next few months, it’s traditionally the busiest period for us taking bookings for the spring and summer. So we have our fingers at the ready to answer you questions. We even offer ZOOM calls, if you would prefer to chat through your booking with us.
It may seem a small detail, but we think it’s an important detail. We are a full time wedding and events business. This is our one and only job, looking after our customers. Some smaller companies operate on a part time basis. Which we totally understand but that also means they are not always available for you. We are!
We also know over the next few month thousands of couples will be attending lots of wedding fares for inspiration. We actually don’t attend very many because we have such a great online presence, which means couples can find us easily though Google Searches. But if you do, have fun, look around and get lots of ideas. Then shop armoured and see who else is doing what you like. It never hurts to look around.
Last year, we saw venues and suppliers go in to administration. So we would always advise paying for goods and services with a credit card. This gives you an extra layer of protection if something terrible happens. Around 90% of couples using our services pay by card and it’s something we would recommend to couples dealing with any supplier.
